The Cater Station takes inspiration from the many delicious styles of street food found in Los Angeles. Serving good quality American tucker - hand-cut fries, po' boys and subs with home made sauces and free range meats.
Pete is the brains, heart and soul behind it all. This dedicated owner-operator creates the menu, mans the grills, cuts the fries (by hand!) and packs the coveted DIY boxes to order. It is a 'Do It Yourself' catering option - a collection of meats, sauces, 'slaws and fixin's to create your own sliders in an instant.
