Venezuelan chef Maurizio has combined his passion for cooking with the joy of showing Aucklanders what his favourite native dish ‘the Arepa’ is all about. Maurizio and Sofia run this slick operation and they love bringing the authentic taste of their countries to their new home in New Zealand.
An Arepa is a handmade gluten free flat bun, made with 100% white corn and filled with a huge range delicious, fresh and healthy ingredients.
